Every woman here is carrying something. Respond to others the way you'd want to be treated on your hardest day. Encouragement, warmth, and grace go a long way.

• Use supportive, uplifting language
• Celebrate others' wins — big and small
• Assume good intent before reacting

Disagreements happen, but how we handle them defines our community. Debate ideas, never attack people.

• No name-calling, insults, or put-downs
• Disagree thoughtfully — not aggressively
• Stay on topic; avoid derailing conversations

This is a safe space for all women. Discrimination of any kind — based on race, religion, age, body, sexuality, or background — will not be tolerated.

• No hate speech, slurs, or dehumanizing content
• No bullying, threatening, or targeting members
• No unsolicited romantic or sexual messages

What's shared in this community stays here. Members trust us with vulnerable moments — honor that.

• Never share another member's personal information
• Don't screenshot or redistribute private content
• Respect anonymous posts — don't try to identify the author

We are not therapists, but we are sisters. Listen to understand, not just to respond. Hold space without judgment.

• Ask before giving advice — sometimes people just need to be heard
• Don't minimize someone's experience
• Share resources, not diagnoses
