Anyone else raised by a narcissist? Long post warning.

Growing up I thought my mom was just strict. It took until I was 32 and in therapy to understand what actually happened in that house. Now I'm navigating how to have a relationship with her while protecting my own peace. Would love to connect with others who get it.
